Lead Working Foreman

Hiring a full-time fence builder to join DH Fence Pros. Looking for experienced applicants, preferably with a good amount of fence building experience.

We’re a Seattle based fence company focusing on great customer experience while providing fast, quality and beautiful fences. You can see the types of projects we complete on our instagram @dhfencepros. 

We also have a general construction branch of our company which takes on landscaping and interior remodeling projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating materials to job site – includes calculating material needs based on job work order, driving company truck, picking up materials.
• Execution of work orders.
• Leading crew members on each job site. Communicating and organizing work flow in the most efficient way.
• Teaching new crew members the DH way of building fence.
• Monitoring and enforcing quality control on each project.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Collaboration in business system improvements and growth.

We work rain or shine, 5 days a week. We expect professionalism in all our team members, including arriving on time, dependability, and positive attitude. Pay is directly tied to the amount of skill you bring to the job, amount of responsibility you are able to take on and your improvement within our company. Hard work is rewarded and there is room for growth!

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the DH Fence Pros way of building fence

• 3+ years carpenter experience
