Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Actively listen to customers and provide them with accurate information regarding company products and services
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency in customer interactions
• Complete call logs and reports as required
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective customer service delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
