Join the team for our 30 year established client as an Accounting and Finance Manager at fast-paced, job-oriented machine shop. As the Accounting and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and team management experience

Responsibilities Include:

All general ledger input/management/reconciliation (using E2 ERP system)
Payroll administration (using Centerpoint)
Invoicing and paying taxes
Insurance selection and management
401K administration
Some HR responsibilities (filing Workman’s Comp, assisting employees file for and receive benefits)
Time sheet reconciliation
Purchase order monitoring
General office administration
