We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Jr. Systems Analyst with expertise in integrating various systems and utilizing APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange. The ideal candidate will deeply understand healthcare regulations, particularly PHI and HIPAA rules, and possess strong proficiency in managing tasks and projects using the Jira ticketing system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare, contributing to the seamless integration and administration of critical systems.

This is a remote role with core hours of 8:30am- 5:00pm PST.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Technical Integration: Integrate diverse systems and leverage APIs to ensure smooth data exchange and interoperability.
• Proficiency in Jira: Expertise in utilizing Jira both as a ticketing system and as infrastructure for project management, ensuring efficient task management and streamlined workflows.
• Compliance Expertise: Ensure adherence to PHI and HIPAA regulations, maintaining the highest privacy and security standards in healthcare data management.
• Google Workspace Administration: Administer and maintain Google Workspace infrastructure, leveraging its suite of productivity tools for collaborative work and efficient communication.
• System Administration: Administer and maintain systems and security to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
 

• 1- 2 years of related experience, healthcare experience preferred. 
• Scripting Languages: Preferred experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and customization.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in team environments, documentation, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
• Documentation: Proficient in documenting technical processes and procedures.
• Previous experience with Athena Health System, Drata, RingCentral, Rippling, and Verizon MDM is a plus.

What We Offer:
 

• Salary Range: $59,600 - $76,700, commensurate with experience and skills.
