Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Position Expectations: To provide service and sales of insurance to existing and newly acquired policyholders that meets their needs. The necessary licensing, authorizations and training will be required to fulfill the position expectations. A Team Member is required to be timely in accordance with the Agency office hours and present a professional appearance. As part of the Sales position, a minimum monthly production will be required as outlined below.

Production: This Agency has over 100 different products and service available for our customers and policyholders. It is our responsibility to provide all of those services and products to everyone as their needs and desires present. State Farm products are the core of this Agency’s portfolio and will be the driving force for all production in the Agency. The following will be the minimum monthly production required for this position:

MONTHLY Annual

Auto Policy Applications: 20 240
Fire Policy Application: 8 96
Life Insurance Applications: 2 24
Health Insurance Applications: 1 12

Compensation: Compensation is a combination of Salary, Bonuses and Awards. A tiered bonus structure will pay monthly bonuses at an increasing scale once the monthly minimums are met. The more produced, the larger the bonus. Various promotions will occur throughout the year which will provide another avenue for increased pay. The goal of this Agency is for every full-time Member of this Agency to maximize their income potential and have fun doing it!!
