Please watch our 2-minute video to see what it's like to join our team! https://www.2-10.com/careers-welcome/ Responsibilities: Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms Respond to all vendor & customer inquiries Review all claims invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Route claims invoices for the appropriate documentation if not originally present Take incoming calls through the accounting queue Enter invoices into batches Meet minimum productivity standards within first 90 days of employment All other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred Must be well organized and a self-starter Must be able to follow standard filing procedures Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Possess strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook & 10-key by touch, Great Plains experience a plus Ability to type 60-65 wpm Basic 10-key skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately Heavy customer service experience, call center environment is preferred Must commit to a set schedule with occasional overtime Here is what you can expect when you join our team: A team first environment focused on our core Values of: “Do the Right Thing, Grow Profitably, Pursue Excellence and Value People” A comprehensive benefits package designed to increase your health, your financial well-being and your future which includes: medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a health savings and flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, an employee assistance program, 401k and generous paid time off plans Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is an Equal Opportunity Employer All POSITIONS REQUIRE A PRE-EMPLOYMENT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
