Electrical Control Engineer

Hisense USA is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Control Engineer to join our HVAC division. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the design, testing, and implementation of electrical control systems for HVAC applications. This includes schematic creation, system layout, and prototype development.
• System Integration: Integrate control systems with existing HVAC architectures, ensuring compatibility and efficiency between systems.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve system malfunctions; optimize control processes to enhance system performance and reduce costs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all control systems and projects comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project efforts and achieve business goals.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of technological advancements in electrical controls and HVAC technologies. Propose innovative projects and improvements to enhance product offerings.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs and modifications. Prepare reports on project status, research findings, and system performance data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in electrical control engineering, specifically in HVAC or related industries, is advantageous but not required for fresh graduates.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of PLC programming and familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
• Understanding of sensor integration and data acquisition technologies.
• Experience with CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) is a plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical circuit design and control system architecture.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or a similar credential are beneficial but not mandatory.
