Job Description

As a Wireless Zone employee, you will be directly involved in selling groundbreaking products for the nation's largest, most reliable wireless network, while providing the high level of customer service that Wireless Zone is known for!

Job Description:

Our Retail Sales Reps facilitate the sale of wireless devices, accessories, and services while working to build lasting relationships with guests in our location.

All members of our sales team participate in maintaining our storefront. This includes basic operations such as:

Opening/Closing
Inventory control
Cash management
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
Maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor and personal workspace
Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders
Facilitate sales of cellular phones & wireless services and solutions
Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
Become involved in the community to grow the customer base
Attend all meetings and conference calls

Experience & Skills needed:

High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1+ years of experience in commission sales, quota-carrying sales, direct sales, or similar industries is not required but preferred.
Experience in Wireless, Telecom, or other industries is a plus!
Excellent customer service skills; enjoys working with the public
Great work ethic
Complete Verizon/Wireless Zone training and continuing education courses
Utilize company-provided sales leads to generate sales growth
Provide an elevated customer service experience
