Wireless Sales Representative (bilingual)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Wireless Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys helping customers find the right technology solutions. If you are motivated by hitting targets, earning commission, and delivering great customer experiences, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident in sales conversations, enjoys working with people, and can consistently meet or exceed KPI expectations.
What You’ll Do:
  • Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and account services.
  • Present and sell devices, rate plans, and promotional offers (including “free phone” promotions).
  • Drive accessory sales and bundle opportunities with every transaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Educate customers on products, features, and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory standards.
