Elevation Marketing is a small to mid-sized, full-service B2B-only marketing communications agency, located in Gilbert, Arizona. Our client roster includes 45 companies with revenues of over $1B annually and a variety of other small and medium-sized companies. The Sr. Digital Producer role oversees the full life cycle and delivery of web projects from discovery to deployment/release on assigned digital or integrated projects.

Working closely with developers, creatives and client teams, the Sr. Digital Producer is relied upon to manage the end-to-end creation, development and delivery process of complicated interactive projects, websites, digital assets, and interactive apps in a fast-paced environment.

As the subject matter expert for all-things website, development, UX/UI, CRM, marketing automation and analytics related, you mustbeextremely organized, process-oriented and meticulous. Working collaboratively with our clients, you will act as a trusted partner and be relied upon to confidently present project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and scope for our client’s digital projectsCandidates for this position must have a strong track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple channels and platforms. You should be comfortable with big ideas, ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as definestrategic plans. This role will require close collaboration with internal creative and account teams as well as external development teams and partners.

Due to the highly collaborative nature of agency work, this job is not remote and is based in our beautiful Gilbert office (Phoenix Area). The agency does provide two work-from-home days (or four half days) a month plus a solid PTO program and other agency benefits. The agency is also closed for a week from Christmas through New Year’s.

Requirements

  • Expertly guiding strategy, estimation, planning, UX, project management, content development, production and launch of websites.
  • Managing the production of digital media assets including videos, landing pages, ads, and emails.
  • Analytics and data visualization tools (for instance Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau Software).
  • Integration and executing campaigns in marketing automation tools and platforms including email drip/nurture strategy (using tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
  • Experience with landing page optimization, form integration and A/B testing.
  • Experience with lead attribution tools and platforms (for instance, Full Circle Insights or Bizible).
  • Developing proposal and presenting strategic thinking to executive business leaders.
  • Managing workflow for multiple projects with various timelines, resources (internal and external) and varied stakeholders.

Additional duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Services and Client Development teams to create detailed project strategies, development plans, digital media plans, estimates, budgets, timelines and proposals
  • Play hands-on role managing ongoing project and/or campaign timelines, milestones, plans, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, etc. Participate in client-facing meetings and activities requiring a very professional and proactive demeanor. Guide and manage (or play a support role to other digital managers) certain digital projects and/or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage outside digital resources and marketing/technical vendors associated with website production, digital marketing activities, marketing automation, and so forth. Maintain and manage relationships with existing and new digital vendors, supporting vendor identification, and vetting process to maintain Elevation’s digital vendor pool.
  • Manage QA and testing efforts associated with digital campaigns and digital projects. Guide and participate in usability/user experience testing for website projects. Guide external resources throughout the lifecycle of a project or campaign. Identify and escalate potential out-of-scope situations.
  • Engage regularly with internal teams and clients to report progress/status of website-related projects. Engage regularly with internal teams and clients to report on status and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, drive reporting efforts as well as strategic recommendations for campaign improvements based on campaign data and findings. Prepare reports as needed.
  • Actively position oneself as a well-rounded digital advisor. The Digital Marketing Producer is the client advocate internally, and an agency advocate with clients.

Additional Details

  • Manage the Elevation Marketing website, ensuring optimal technical and conversion performance, and ensuring updates are made effectively.
  • Create, update and manage Functional Specification Documents and Technical Specification Documents for assigned client projects.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and support materials for systems and projects. Utilize materials for client and internal trainings as well as final project hand-offs. Conduct periodic client training related to use of CMS/admin tools.
  • Oversee domain and web hosting set up in addition to other third-party online services
  • Make content updates in content management systems such as WordPress, Expression Engine, Joomla or Drupal
  • Provide assistance with ad ops technical implementation, including tracking pixels, ad tags, and other ad-related technologies.
  • Maintain department protocols by writing and updating procedure documentation.
  • Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, campaign setup, testing, QA and reporting, scheduling & deployment, and HTML updates
  • Assist with the execution of various digital department tasks and initiatives as assigned
  • Participate in and contribute to regular client/account/project meetings
  • Continually maintain best practices related to digital processes and the usage of digital platforms and technologies.

Experience and Skill Sets

  • 5-7 years digital producer/digital project management and/or digital media/marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Broad knowledge and experience in digital development and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of coding and development best practices including an understanding of the fundamentals and logic of markup/programming languages including HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, PHP, plus a Strong knowledge of Project Management processes and tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing processes, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience using Workamajig, Basecamp or other similar project management platforms
  • Experience using MailChimp, Constant Contact or other similar email marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team. Internal communication includes relaying changes as they arise, issues, or scope creep
  • Passion for learning the latest interactive technologies and techniques
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment

Compensation and Benefits

Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages in the great southwest. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off the Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Our business is all about collaboration, so we do not offer telecommuting currently, but we do offer flex hours depending on the position and clients. Employees can start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM based on client demands and department structure. Elevation pays for 95% of employee’s life, health and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available. The salary range for this position will vary depending on experience and skills outlined above.
