Position Summary:

Compass Medical, an Arizona based company, is looking for a Chiropractor that ensures our patients get the full benefits that Compass Medical has to offer them. The Chiropractor position is one of the most rewarding and challenging positions in our office. Our Chiropractor’s will be compassionate, caring, optimistic, and a self-motivated person, who gets excited about a challenge and is passionate about helping others see their full potential and motivate them to reach their health goals.

Performance Objectives:

• Perform chiropractic treatments
• Connect with patients and help them commit to care
• Educating patients on health benefits of therapies
• Muscle therapies
• Report of Findings
• Oversight on rehab techs with team members
• Review x-rays and make treatment recommendations in the daily team meeting
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Education & Experience:

• Required to have active Chiropractic License in AZ

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time
