Job Description

Position Summary:

AT&I is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our amazing culture.  In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned projects. Works with management and administrative project team to ensure projects are effectively executed within contractual scope, budgeted cost, and time schedules. As a Project Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as AT&I grows.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversees all aspects of projects for successful and timely completion within budget and scope of work as required by the contract.

·         Coordinates and supervises installers and subcontractors, including directing on-site activities and verifying quality assurance standards.

·         Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city/county officials, and clients.

·         Ensure that the customer is aware of the schedule and updates.

·         Responsible for all aspects of communication regarding assigned projects.

·         Works closely with the Account Executive, Operations Team, and Installation Team to assist in the overall coordination of specific projects; makes recommendations regarding potential changes in scope and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

·         Walk project pre-sale and make recommendations to sales representatives.

·         Walk project pre-installation to identify potential project risks, communicate to appropriate parties, and assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

·         Respond to any questions regarding the project from customers, staff, and vendors.

·         Ensure the customer is completely satisfied.

·         Promote the value of the product and service throughout the customer journey.

·         Ensure all products are ordered and received.

·         Ensure the job is scheduled and the customer is notified.

·         Meet with the Architect on site (if needed).

·         Handle permits and on-site inspections (if needed).

·         Schedule training (if needed).

·         Keep operational wares up to date on project progress.

·         Stay up to date with industry trends, and product knowledge to improve performance and stay ahead of competitors.

Knowledge and Skills

·         Experience with on-premise and cloud-based video security systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.

·         A strong work ethic with exceptional organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

·         Highly self-motivated and driven.

·         Exceptional customer focus and ability to regularly work under pressure; consistent ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.

·         Strong field supervision skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.

·         Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision.

·         Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; advanced math skills (for some positions, this may include calculating area, velocity, resistance, voltage, etc.).

·         Frequent visits to job sites are required.
