Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (44796)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a robust FP&A function
• Oversee strategic planning and day-to-day operations
• Create and manage financial dashboards, reports, and forecasts, ensuring automation and system optimization
• Conduct annual budgeting, semi-annual forecasting, and ongoing cash flow forecasting to maintain financial visibility
• Develop and oversee major financial policies, providing financial reports to stakeholders and the Board of Directors
• Conduct risk assessments and provide insights on financial projections, business trends, and performance indicators
• Collaborate with various business units to establish meaningful metrics and improve resource allocation
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Mentor and lead a team 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role
• Expertise in Excel
• Experience with financial modeling or data visualization software
• Understanding of GAAP or IFRS; CPA or CMA designation is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead a successful team and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong work ethic
