Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, minimizing conflict and encouraging professional growth.
• Understand team needs and demands, acting as a bridge to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop, implement, or refine inventory control structures to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee the operations of two tool cribs, leading five Tool Crib Attendants and one Maintenance Materials Specialist.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance scheduling to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for structuring or enhancing inventory and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and DWS (Inventory Control Systems), although not mandatory, will be highly regarded.
• Experience in the automotive sector and maintenance roles will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to guide, mentor, and discipline teams confidently and constructively.
