Software Developer Team Lead

As a Software Developer Team Lead, you will be using your leadership, communication, development, and architecture skills to guide your team of developers through the full software development lifecycle to help us build upon our platforms to supply first class enterprise software to our diverse base of clients and partners in the speech and voice of the customer analytics space. You will take a key role in planning, designing, developing, and implementing new products and features into our existing solutions. As a servant-leader you will develop, grow, coach and mentor your team members to set them up for success. Teamwork is a critical aspect of this position, and you will be working closely with your team lead peers as well as other roles such as Architecture, Product Owners, and Quality Assurance, all with the goal of delivering our customers the best experience possible in mind.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience managing and leading a team of software developers
• 4+ years' experience with some of these technologies:

• C#, JavaScript React
• MS SQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Rabbit MQ, Kafka

• Docker, Kubernetes
• AWS, Azure

• Incredible coding skills: your programming ability is above average, as demonstrated by a continuous string of successful projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers through the full software development life cycle
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to design and implement highly distributed, scalable, secure, high transaction systems with micro service architectures
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and enjoyable environment for your development team
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their careers

• Facilitate and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with your peers to evolve our standards and processes
• Follow Agile principles to continuously deliver incremental value to our products and platform within expected time frames
