The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver highquality services and solutions to internal customers while collaborating closely with solution architects across business units. You'll program, test, debug, and maintain both existing and new applications and integrations, working with minimal supervision. You will take ownership of complex issues, escalating only the most challenging problems as needed. Along the way, you'll partner with a dynamic, diverse, and supportive team to achieve shared goals-and if you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implement major enhancements to businessrelevant applications, moderate enhancements to businessimportant applications, and minor updates to businesscritical applications.
  • Develop new applications with moderate complexity for businessrelevant functions and smallerscale solutions for businessimportant needs.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Prepare accurate time and effort estimates for small to mediumsized development changes.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate new tools or improvements when appropriate.
  • Ensure applications adhere to strong design standards and follow efficient, comprehensive testing practices.
  • Protect company data by applying enterpriselevel security measures, prioritizing the safeguarding of applications most vulnerable to potential threats.
  • Collaborate in a continuouslearning environment by receiving guidance from senior developers and providing mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain a constant state of alertness and perform all work in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Three or more years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages and techniques, operating systems, testing, and data management.
  • Complex knowledge of software security measures, data utilization techniques, version control systems, current technological ecosystem/environment and UI/UX Design concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness and tact.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.

Where and When You'll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule. This position can be based out of our office located in either Greene, NY or Columbus, IN.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary-$94,020 - 120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
