Starting Compensation:
75,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Per Year
Working Location:
Remote (PST Required | California Residence Preferred)
Working Hours/Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a technology related study strongly preferred

Experience:
  • If degree in related field, 2 years direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support; If not degreed, 4 years' experience.

License or Certification:
  • Certification related to Microsoft Azure, SharePoint / Online, Dynamics 365, Power Automate and (Power)BI platforms preferred

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application, this position delivers third-level technical support, administration, configuration, and maintenance for all assigned applications, databases, and servers. The role is also responsible for leading special projects and ensuring infrastructure reliability.
Division/Program Overview:
In addition, this position serves as the company's Microsoft 365 System Administrator. Responsibility entails the hands-on installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various Microsoft cloud technologies to support the organization's digital workspace.
