What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate engineering projects, documentation activities, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including design procedures, test procedures, drafting standards, and engineering process documents.
  • Partner with engineers and subject-matter experts to gather requirements, collect technical information, and translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
  • Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) documentation and process initiatives.
  • Maintain document standards, formatting consistency, revision control, and indexing requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, design reviews, schedules, action items, and project deliverables.
  • Create project reports, presentations, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Support SharePoint site maintenance, content updates, permissions management, and workflow activities.
  • Assist with meeting-room technology setup and support engineering design review activities.
  • Manage documentation updates and scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, technical writing, engineering support, documentation management, or related business operations roles.
  • 2+ years of experience creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, standards, work instructions, or engineering documents.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, product development, or technology-focused organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, systems, or documentation workflows.
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, stakeholders, or cross-functional activities.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; advanced degree without experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with SharePoint document archival, document management, and workflow administration.
  • Experience editing and collaborating on documents using SharePoint, OneDrive, and co-authoring tools.
  • Experience developing reports or dashboards using Power BI.
