Application Development ManagerOverview

Seeking a hands-on technology leader to oversee application development, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable business solutions. This role partners with technical and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead application development projects from planning through deployment
  • Manage and mentor software engineers while promoting development best practices
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver technology solutions
  • Oversee system performance, integrations, and production support
  • Drive code quality, release management, and process improvements
  • Resolve complex technical issues and support ongoing enhancements
Requirements
  • 7+ years of software development experience with technical leadership
  • Experience leading engineering teams and enterprise application projects
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, databases, and web technologies
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and system integrations
  • Background supporting high-volume business platforms
  • Experience leading distributed or remote development teams
