Senior Maintenance Tech

A PWK based private flight department is looking to hire an experienced A&P to support the maintenance and repair of three aircraft consisting of F900EASy/C560. In this role, applicant is responsible for accomplishing unscheduled/scheduled maintenance and repair, as directed.

The best applicant will be capable of following direction independently, possess good communication skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be capable of mentoring junior staff, as needed.

Aircraft Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Maintain company operated aircraft in a continuous airworthy condition in accordance with applicable FARs and management company GMM.
• Offer a service mentality to following up owner needs and suggestions, as well as those of the crews, and communicate efforts and results accordingly.
• Using hand tools, diagnostic tests, and gauges to identify electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical malfunctions.
• Collaborating with engineers and system mechanics to ensure that all aircraft systems are running correctly.
• Suggest repair solutions to mechanical issues based on thorough evaluations.
• Ensure that all aircraft parts are accurately labeled, organized, and stored.
• Assist in repairs and services to the hangar, facility, and ground support equipment.

Aircraft Mechanic Requirements:

• Aircraft type specific training and/or qualifications preferred.
• A&P certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
