Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Aurora/Denver, CO.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle make ready's and work orders efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to ownership and the Property Manager.
- Procure necessary supplies and maintain inventory records as needed.
- Assist the team with challenging projects.
- Possess strong experience and knowledge in tasks including:
- Plumbing: Sink, shower, and toilet repair; replacing fixtures; unclogging drains.
- Electrical: Fixture and switch replacement; adherence to safety protocol; rewiring when applicable.
- Carpentry: Patching holes; replacing doors/locks; hanging cabinetry; light touch-up painting.
- Appliances: Assisting with W&D installation, stove installation (when applicable), garbage disposal installation, and minor repairs.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
- Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
- Reliable means of transportation is essential.
- Ability to handle physical workload with attention to detail and deadlines.

**Pay Range:**

Earn between $21/hr to $25/hr, contingent on experience and certifications. Enjoy weekly pay!
