A property management organization in Laguna Woods is searching for an Administrative Specialist to support their security department. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position and the hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The pay is $18-22/hour, depending on experience.
Administrative Specialist Responsibilities:
- Clerical support
- Schedules appointments
- Excellent customer service
- Processes incidents and violation reports
- Accepts and processes violation payments
- Setup and manage Traffic School
- Orders, tracks, and processes department supplies and purchase invoices
- Takes meeting notes/minutes
Administrative Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience dealing with the public in a business environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with processing invoices is a plus!
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
