We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will train with our Solon office and oversee one of our new locations.  Our products are rated best in the industry year after year; we are a company with room to grow. The Sales Manager works collaboratively with the leadership team and other department personnel, executing a sales plan that aligns with corporate growth and objectives. Provides leadership to the sales team. Motivates, trains, and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train local sales staff.
  • Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local sales representatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Motivate and encourage sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Actively monitor and report o conversion rates, closing rates, and sales.
  • Prepare sales budget; monitor and approve expenses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • (2-3) Years of Sales Leadership experience a must.
  • Home improvement sales management experience a must.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Clean driving record – will be operating a company vehicle.
  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Prior CRM Experience, Salesforce preferred
