Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly/weekly reporting, including payroll
  • Enroll new union employees into Yonkers’ payroll system
  • Screen calls, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
  • Manage, organize, and order office supplies
  • Liaison with landlord to maintain office flow
  • Liaison with office cleaning service
  • Working with Public Outreach team
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Clerical and administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Physical Demands/Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination to use various office equipment such as computer, telephone, copier, etc.
  • Willing to work in construction environment
