Duties

Work collaboratively with and assist the underwriters and supporting departments to ensure the applicants and agents receive superior service consistent with the Aetna values. Core responsibilities are to issue/activate new applications. Enter corresponding memos to document action taken on file. Follow up in a timely matter all pending applications to completion. Escalate customer concerns/issues to Manager for resolution when appropriate.

Experience

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral communication/written skills
Self-directed, problem solve, execution focus
Strong accountability and ownership Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft skills, Excel, 10-key
Strong attention to detail
Overtime will be required

Position Summary

Education

High school or Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.

Mon-Fri 7:30 - 4:30 CST
