Job Description
What You Can Expect Working in the Real Estate Intern Position

The Real Estate Intern will work directly with the brokerage and property management teams to learn and understand the commercial real estate market. The Real Estate Intern will perform support functions of this position, learn real estate contracts, leases, eviction plans, and other legal documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the preparation duties and showings of properties, commercial for sale and/or for lease.
  • Review and prepare real estate contracts.
  • Become familiar and assist with the operation of the Crexi and other Real Estate systems and software.
  • Perform sales techniques to be able to convert a lead to a sale or lease.
  • Assist with the marketing strategies for the commercial brokerage.
  • Support and work in coordination with the real estate brokerage team to drive listing and Lange RE presence.
  • Shadow and work directly with Commercial Real Estate agents to understand market best practices.
  • Promote and hold others accountable for a safe working environment.
  • Observe safety and security procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be proficient in Social Media accounts.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

  • Sedentary work.
