Job Title: Recruiter / Account Manager / Staffing/ Sourcing / Federal Hiring

Location: McLean VA

Duration: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Staffing / Recruitment Account Specialist for a large group of top tier staffing accounts, you need to contribute to the daily development and management of a set list of key accounts. I
In this fast-paced position, provide specialized support to staffing customer issue resolution, assisting with deliveries and other account support functions.
Work closely with several tenured Program Managers, inter- cross functional teams, and customers to ensure flawless execution for recruitment delivery.
Also help identify opportunities to optimize our systems and processes to create more efficiencies in supporting our key accounts.
Help convey new processes and techniques to team members.

Required Experience:

Need extremely organized professional with experience in providing superior support across several types of executives, clients, and sales representatives.
Effectively communicate complex concepts to audiences of any level.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, can work independently or as a member of a team.
