Title of Position: Assistant Concierge?Manager 

• Job Responsibilities:?The Assistant Concierge?Manager?will oversee all guest services associates, including front desk, concierge, valet, and pool operations. The Assistant Concierge Manager will ensure all associates are adhering to brand policies and procedures. This position will include working with the Guest Services Manager to ensure scheduling and inventories are within budget. The Assistant Concierge Manager will make sure guests’ needs are met in a timely and friendly?manner and?will resolve any guest issues that may arise.?The Assistant Concierge Manager will serve as a positive example of our company?culture and?be able to motivate staff in a positive work environment. Works closely with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures. Assures that Concierge Staff knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests. Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.

Salary: $63,000-$68,000

 Qualifications: 

·       The Assistant Concierge Manager should have at least 2 years’ experience in the service industry

·       The?Assistant Concierge Manager?should have a passion for developing and mentoring people 

·       Organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills are a must for the?Assistant Concierge Manager

·       The?Assistant Concierge Manager?should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy 

·       The?Assistant Concierge Manager?should have open availability
