Conrac Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Lead for the Salt Lake City Airport’s Consolidated Rental Car Facility. As our Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing the building tenants with a local point of contact for any immediate concerns. Frequent contact with general managers, supervisors, and staff helps build confidence in the relationship.

Duties:

  • Serve as point of contact for Facility and communicate key items to department managers.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent, emergency, or after-hour issues as they arise. This may include restoring power, shutting off water, or other initial response tasks to prevent injury or damage.
  • Maintain emergency service provider relationships with local police, fire, and EMS.
  • Lead operations and maintenance team of employees and vendors under direction from department managers.
  • Coordinate with site employees to cover various areas of responsibility.
  • Under general direction from department managers oversee all essential services including fueling, car wash operation, security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Maintain good working relationships with our partners onsite. Rental car company managers, supervisors and staff, service providers, busing staff, and airport personnel are all connected to our operations and it is important to treat them with respect.
  • Review traveler flow, safety, luggage handling, and wheelchair accommodations.
  • Work with department directors to update emergency response plans.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in a similar facility support role.
  • Must be able to work for extended periods without direct supervision.
  • Substantial experience with customer service.
  • Familiarity with facility management and basic maintenance terms.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and asking appropriate questions.
  • Excellent attention to detail when recording notes.
  • Strength in Microsoft Office. Strong typing skills are also required.
  • Professional in appearance and character.
  • Able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Ability to travel via plane and car for extended times.
  • Frequent standing, ladder use, walking, and sitting.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent requirement to bend, stoop, crouch, lift materials overhead.
  • Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer.
