Beverage Equipment Service Technician

As a Field Equipment Service Technician (also known as Beverage Equipment Technician, Coffee Machine Technician), you'll provide exceptional service and installation of coffee brewing and beverage equipment. Key responsibilities include managing parts inventory, closing service calls, and documenting work assignments and time. You'll also handle both scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical and technical experience.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Previous foodservice, electrical, plumbing, or Tech Meter experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel within 100+ mile radius of branch location.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and make sound business decisions.
