Role
The Food & Beverage Development Coordinator provides strategic and administrative support to the Global Food & Beverage Development Team at Aman Group. Based in our Miami Corporate Office, this position plays a vital role in shaping the future of Aman's global culinary landscape, supporting the lifecycle of Food & Beverage concept development-from initial research and creative ideation to operational planning and execution. The role acts as a central liaison between corporate departments, property teams, and external partners to ensure consistency, alignment, and innovation across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of coordination between Aman's corporate office, property teams, and global partners.
  • Support the creation of strategic presentations for new Food & Beverage concept development, renovations, and brand refreshes.
  • Lead market research efforts including desktop studies, field insights, and coordination with consultants.
  • Own the development of Food & Beverage briefs, guiding design and technical teams on concept direction and operational intent.
  • Support the handover from development to operations, ensuring brand-aligned pre-opening documentation and guidelines.
  • Organize and streamline the department's digital asset library and shared drives for improved efficiency.
  • Assist in financial tracking and budget management for the global Food & Beverage Development team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Head of Food & Beverage Development including meeting scheduling, travel planning, and internal coordination.
  • Document creative input and distribute meeting minutes to ensure project alignment.
  • Coordinate contracts and invoicing processes related to Food & Beverage Development projects.
  • Track and update project timelines, deliverables, and approval documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in hospitality or a corporate environment.
  • Previous operational experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • A genuine passion for food, beverage, and the guest experience.
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanour.
