Job description

The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.
Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with some overtime.
Pay Range: $24.50 to $26.00 + Bonus

You will:
  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
  • Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
  • Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
  • Follow safety and housekeeping procedures

You have:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
  • Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
  • Electrical and mechanical experience
  • Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
