Job Description

We are an accounting firm located in Sherman Oaks, known for our expertise in serving clients in the entertainment industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Business Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions accurately using Datafaction
Manage payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable
Generate and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights for your clients
Ability to lead and train team members
Prepare and submit financial statements to accountants during tax documents

Requirements:

5 years minimum bookkeeping experience
Experience in the entertainment industry preferred
use of Quickbooks and Datafaction
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills for client interactions

Education:

Accounting knowledge is a must
Accounting education preferred, a degree is not mandatory
