Job Description
TITLE: New Home Sales Specialist
LOCATION: 4 Communities in Shawnee, KS, and Lenexa, KS
SALES OFFICE: Stone Ridge - 8282 Gleason Rd, Lenexa, KS 66227
COMPANY HEADQUARTERS: 10561 Barkley St #510, Overland Park, KS 66212
STATUS: Direct Hire / Perm
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 1-2 yrs in Sales
SALARY: Targeted earnings first year 75K+ (100% Full Commission Pay Structure – with a $50,000.00 minimum compensation draw on commissions)
HOURS: Full-time role / 40-50 hours per week / 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tues - Sat (after hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips and to meet deadlines)
REPORTS TO: General Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
  • Serve as the face of the company, seeking to develop and preserve relationships that generate Arise homebuyers.
  • To be intentional and excellent while adding value to our homebuyer's experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Represent Arise Homes in a positive and professional manner in and outside the company.
  • Follow and embrace the Arise Homes sales process that encourages repeat buyers and referrals.
  • Generate personal sales leads.
  • Effectively nurture your prospects and homebuyers in ways that enhance customer service/satisfaction.
  • Convert prospects into homeowners and, in turn, meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Constantly seek ways to enhance the Arise Homes buying experience.
  • Professionally answer emails and phone calls and respond to all communication in a timely manner.
  • Schedule daily VIP tours and professionally showcase products to prospects outside of the Sales Center.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure marketing strategy and sales goals are in step.
  • Serve as company ambassador by attending and engaging in local civic meetings/efforts.
  • Upload and maintain homebuyer's files for estimates, agreements and preconstruction agreements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in real estate or other industries. Current Real Estate license not required, but must be able to obtain license within first weeks for starting.
  • Relational: In order to be successful in new home sales, you must be able to communicate effectively and build trust.
  • Energetic: You must always be positive.
  • Self-Starter: Ambitious; Motivation is key.
  • Inquisitive: Always ask questions; discover the needs of those you want to serve.
  • Self-manage: Superior organizational skills and time management skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Works in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Vision for near, mid-range, far, and accommodation. Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
  • Effective communication skills when dealing with co-workers, trade partners, and homeowners.
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
  • The position requires individuals to travel to locations away from the Sales Center in order to show and tour homes with prospective Arise Homes' buyers.
  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to lift 5-10 pounds without assistance.
