BECOMING OUR HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends for an on-call rotation to best serve customers and close opportunities.

As our Home Sales Representative, you'll translate homeowner needs into tailored HVAC solutions, present options clearly-including our exclusive maintenance program-and lead each sale with confidence and care. You'll manage the experience end-to-end: highlighting value, pricing, and credit terms; preparing precise sales orders; and ensuring post-sale satisfaction so every promise becomes a positive review or referral. You'll strategically follow up on existing bids and leads, address technical and business objections with professionalism, and represent Kern at trade shows, referral groups, and company sales initiatives. You'll also support customers during an occasional on-call rotation in the evenings or on weekends-because great service and great sales go hand-in-hand.

Here's what you need to become our Home Sales Representative:
