Insurance Sales Representative

The Waiss Hooser Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are "A" players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You MUST have your Property & Casualty license. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will provide you with the tools that you need to be successful with our agency. Annual Base Salary + Commission

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency.
• Consistently follow our sales process while developing insurance quotes and close sales.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in our CRM and follow up with prospects accordingly.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Must have your Property & Casualty insurance license.

Must have prior sales experience to apply.

Must be available weekdays 9AM to 5:30PM PST
