As our Medical Records Clerk in our Employment department, you will have the opportunity to assist in expediting our client’s cases by retrieving pertinent medical and employment records for our clients and their cases.

As our Medical Records Clerk in our Employment department, you will have the opportunity to assist in expediting our client’s cases by retrieving pertinent medical and employment records for our clients and their cases.
Daily Tasks:
- Order medical records and medical bills.
- Order employment records.
- Electronically saves scanned records, filing documents under their respective client and matter numbers.
- Reviews scanned records, identifying essential deadlines and information to be noted by attorneys.
- Review and analyze medical records/bills to match dates of service.
- Request checks for medical record fees.
- Ability to create a medical matrix in excel detailing medical treatment and costs.
- Follow up with insurance companies and health care providers on claims and requests.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Medical and Employment Records retrieval.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Compensation range is $41,600 - $54,080.
