Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY:
Conducting outbound survey calls to predetermined lists of existing customers. Inquire about service levels and document customer issues and account discrepancies that require researching, escalating and resolution. Identify potential leads from discussion for sales followup..
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Engage respondents in courteous and respectful conversations.
· Clearly articulate survey questions and record responses accurately.
· Capture feedback and navigate through challenging conversations effectively.
· Meet or exceed call quotas.
· Document call outcomes and update databases with relevant information.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve survey processes.
Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Ability to follow a call flow while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
· Reliable and punctual attendance.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
· Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or survey administration is preferred but not required.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
· Possess the ability to perform light physical work. Must be able to exert up to 20-pounds of force occasionally with full body motion for climbing, reaching, pushing, lifting and reaching, etc.
