Accounting & Tax Associate/Bookkeeper

Full-time position offered in a relaxed, professional CPA firm.

Responsibilities include QB Online accounting/bookkeeping, personal and business tax return basic input, payroll for multiple companies, as well as other administrative and accounting duties.

This position offers upward mobility, somewhat flexible hours and management opportunities, with a great compensation and vacation package.

Requirements for the position:

• 2 plus years of extensive QB Online or QB's Desktop experience
• Desire to learn personal and business tax prep
• Detail-oriented
• Personable
• Organized
• Self-starter
• Longevity at prior job(s)

Preferred skills/Certifications for the higher-end compensation: Accounting Degree; CPA or EA; CPA-eligible; Quickbooks experienced for multiple industries; extensive personal and business tax return prep 2-3 years; experience preparing 1099's; sales tax, payroll administration for multiple entities; Innovator who will bring ideas to become more efficient through the latest technology and other methods.

Start date is immediate, but also flexible to mid-June for the right candidate.
