QC Housekeeping Inspector

Tropical Escape Vacation Homes is looking for a Bilingual Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. Located in the heart of ChampionsGate, FL we specialize in resort style vacation homes.

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for pre and post owner and guest arrival home evaluations and health and safety checks. Working with Owner Relations, the inspector verifies through a detailed checklist to ensure the home is ready for the next guest/owner check-in.

The duties and responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector are described as below but are not limited to:

• Insure home is owner ready before arrival
• Inspect home after departure to report any damage or issues
• Assist with inventory, tracking, and audits of homes
• Work with Owner Relations team to place specialty items in homes as needed and follow-up on previous owner concerns
• Work with housekeeping team to resolve any clean issues
• Work with maintenance team to report any concerns
• Install or remove items from home as needed
• Report items that are damaged or missing and replace when able
• Assist with furniture repositioning and home staging
• Check functionality of home appliances
• Occasionally complete or assist with touch-up cleans
• Communicate and work with contracted cleaning teams
• Maintain linen and amenity supplies
• Linen inspection, transport, set-up and cleaning process and assistance as needed
• Daily reports to be provided to the Executive Team

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual (English with Spanish, and or Portuguese Preferred)
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality quality control, or other related fields
• Familiarity with housekeeping standards
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Computer/Tablet/Cell Phone proficient
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
