• Marketing and lead generation
• Qualification of prospective leads
• Initial prospect contact
• Building client files
• Identifying cross sell opportunities
• Successfully executing a pre-determined number of insurance sales calls
• Completing full insurance review interviews on perspective and existing clients
• Successfully signing new clients and products to meet sales objectives

*An Assessment and Pre Video Introduction MUST be taken prior to face to face interview

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
