Job description:

Supervise hourly workforce and oversee daily operations.

Coordinate and monitor daily shipping teams and correct deficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage outgoing shipments and verify contents/quantities
• Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or shipping/update logs daily
• Scan & attach documents as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Updating electronic work orders
• Inventory counting and database maintenance/pull and restock
• Use of forklift, is a plus

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized.
• Must work well individually and in a team environment with minimal direction, self-motivated.
• Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs.
• Good time-management skills
• Computer skills, experience with Word, Excel and Outlook preferred but not necessary.

Ensure safety and cleaning procedure and practice.

System administration

Other Specifics skills preferred:

Forklift, pallet jack, and other regular storage equipment knowledge
