Job description

A well-established local insurance company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Insurance Inspector to join our team full-time. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while traveling throughout Southeast Minnesota inspecting residential and farm properties.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of residential and agricultural properties
  • Take clear, detailed photographs for underwriting and documentation purposes
  • Identify and document exterior building materials and property conditions
  • Complete inspection reports accurately and efficiently
  • Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Knowledge of roofing and siding materials preferred
  • Construction, farming, or property maintenance background is a plus
