Job description

**Job Summary:**
Join Brightway Insurance as an Entry Level Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in Neptune Beach, FL and advance your career with one of the largest and fastest-growing independent personal lines insurance agencies in the U.S. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, selling property and casualty insurance, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. Office hours/work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9-5pm EST. *This is an inside sales role, but candidates need to be open to marketing themselves to realtors and mortgage brokers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sell Property and Casualty Insurance using consultative sales techniques.
- Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods.
- Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Participate in incentive programs and sales contests.
- Exceed sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuance.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Outgoing individual with a great phone presence and a passion for relationship building.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Hold a valid Florida 4-40, 2-20 or 20-44 license at the time of application.
- 1-3 years of Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
**Compensation Details:**
Base of $35K-38K, PLUS Commission (*Base determined by experience).
- Average 1st-year earnings range from $55K-$70K through base pay and commission.
- Top Performing Agents can earn up to $75k+ from the second year onward.
