$72/hour (W2) - Project Manager Consultant (Municipalities) - HYBRID

Our municipality client is hiring a Project Manager Consultant (Municipalities) at $72/hour (W2) to support their office in Philadelphia, PA. 

Responsibilities:
· Analytical and financial skills sufficient to develop complex business cases
· Managing all applicable regulatory and permitting related tasks to ensure compliance with all local, state, national, and industry specific codes and standards to include drafting and tracking requests for authorization.

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, process, thermal or a related discipline), a minimum of three years of previous experience in an engineering project management role is preferred. Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience with engineering project management, from conception through commissioning of equipment within a gas, chemical, or heat production related industry as well as knowledge of pressure equipment design is preferred but not required.
