Job Description

Hours: Tuesday - Friday / 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Base pay $15.00/Hour Plus Tips (Averages $28.00 to $35.00/Hour)

Qualifications: 1-2 years of bartending experience; must have a bartending license; great customer service skills; great work ethics with a positive attitude; and must be able to work efficiently and be independent.

Job duties: Perform within the vision and policies of the bar/restaurant.

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers.
Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
Greeting customers, learning about their preferences, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food.
Training new staff including bartenders and servers.
Assisting with liquor inventory.
