Bartenders attend to restaurant patrons in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner. Bartenders serve drink orders both directly to customers and indirectly through servers to diners seated at tables. Bartenders will learn the restaurant menu to be able to answer guests questions and offer recommendations. Bartender help set the restaurant for service and complete side work after their shifts. Bartenders also may serve as manager on duty, supervising floor staff, accepting server checkouts and communicating issues to management.
Requirements
At least 3 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge of Toast or similar POS system
Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails
Able to work in a consistently fast-paced environment
Commitment to high-quality service
ABC permit or ability to procure one within three days of hire
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet up to 10 hours per shift

Pay:
$7.50 per hour plus tips
