About the Role:

The Lead Bartender will mentor and guide bar staff, fostering teamwork and professional development to enhance overall performance. Additionally, this role involves inventory management, quality control, and collaboration with management to optimize bar profitability and efficiency. Ultimately, the Lead Bartender ensures that every guest enjoys a memorable and enjoyable visit, contributing to the establishment's reputation and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, and beverage trends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
