Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Lead Bartender to join our leadership team and help elevate our bar program.

Position Overview

The Lead Bartender will oversee daily bar operations, ensure consistent beverage quality, and create an inviting experience for every guest. This role combines creativity, leadership, and attention to detail โ€” ideal for someone passionate about mixology and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and train bar staff in service standards, recipes, and guest engagement
  • Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that complement our steakhouse offerings
  • Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Uphold all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
  • Work closely with management to plan seasonal promotions, tastings, and events

Qualifications
