Responsibilities

- Create visually captivating graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, spanning social media graphics, email newsletters, advertisements, and website elements.

- Develop engaging website designs with a focus on user experience and brand consistency.

- Collaborate with the team on social media content creation, crafting compelling graphics and captions that resonate with target audiences.

- Participate in business development initiatives, including attending events and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services.

Requirements

· Analysis of Customer Needs: Prioritize understanding and analyzing the needs and objectives of our clients to ensure that every design solution is tailored to meet their specific requirements and goals. This includes conducting thorough research, gathering client feedback, and iteratively refining designs to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

· Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

· A keen eye for user experience design, with the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.

· Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Bonus Skills

· Demonstrated understanding of web design principles and experience with platforms like WordPress.

· Experience or interest in attending events for business development purposes.

· Additional skills in writing, editing, photography, videography, or digital media editing are advantageous.
