Copywriter

We're seeking a copywriter with a little or a lot of experience who is passionate about success, can help with improved communication, and is familiar with our brand's project.

This role will be specifically supporting the Digital Marketing and CRM team:

Producing personalized copy in line with marketing briefs across our digital marketing channels including PPC, email, website, etc

• In order to provide appropriate text, collaborate with the Creative and Product Marketing departments.
• Write copy for digital advertising, banner, collateral, and social media platforms..
• Create smart, bite-size pieces that take the form of blog posts, emails, social media posts, and more from existing long-form content.
• Research current events that pertain to Exclusive Homes and Properties International and write short, thoughtful responses that create a "buzz."
• Collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to develop useful, compelling, original pieces of content.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify and fulfill content needs for all phases of the customer journey.
• Use the news and customer stories to find unique content opportunities.
• Assist with research for larger content initiatives and needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - preferably in journalism, marketing, business, or English
• Comfortable writing using a style guide and familiarity with style guidelines (AP, Chicago, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience with platforms for social publishing, blogging, and email marketing
• A cross-functional mentality and cross-departmental collaboration experience
